The waterproof gasket fell out The rubber around the screen separated. 5 dollar cases from eBay offer more protection. This case should have been removed from its packaging and thrown in the bin.

WarrantyProof Horrendous. Brand new case failed the water-proof test directed in the install instructions. Lifeproof's website tried to direct me to their warranty form which charges a service fee. It gets worse. When I finally got to text chat (NO phone support), I was told the product is discontinued. I was offered a cheaper, non-waterproof case and told to buy a $50 screen protector. Essentially zero warranty. Do NOT buy LifeProof if you want to get what you've paid for.

Proud owner of multiple cases over the year, willing to overlook how easily the front film becomes scratched to death because every time I’ve dropped one it’s survived. But the charging point cover is the last straw. Moving on to another case maker now.

Iphone 12Pro lifeproif cover is absolute crap, does not fit well, gap between screen and protective cover front makes it hard to use causing me to have to press ridiculously hard to get screen to react to touch. I will never buy another case from life proof how can you charge so much for total rubbish.
