GBWorst case ever… I purchased a lifeproof cover for an iPhone, the rubber button parts and mute switch cover all fell out after 1 month, the case has pieces chipped out from my quite short nails… complete expensive junk.

GBLifeProof cases are the worst!!! LifeProof cases are the worst! Yes they may protect from catastrophic damage at first, but who wants a case that literally falls apart! The vinyl/silicone edges become gooey & make your hands & the screen gooey! Eventually those areas start falling off, and just outright disappearing! I woke this morning to find one non existent button had fallen off! I grabbed my original case, but all the vinyl/silicone edges were cracked and falling off! ZERO stars would be more appropriate for these cases!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

AUMade good on their warranty Made good on their warranty! Bought the LifeProof Slam iPhone X case late last year. After only a few short months of light use, there were cracks appearing on the clear plastic component of the case. I believed these would compromise the integrity of the protective case. I submitted a warranty claim through the company's website. I found this process very straight forward. After verifying my images they sent me a replacement case. Very happy with a company that makes good on their promises.

AUlife proof NEXT case I bought a new life proof NEXT case. Fell apart after 5 months and I’d never even dropped the phone. Rubbers peel off, buttons go spongy. All these designer / branded cases are just a scam and they are all laughing at us paying big dollars for them. You can get a unbranded case for a fraction of the price with the same protection. Never again will i buy a branded case, just companies run by crooks

NZWon't buy again Have had several Lifeproof Fre cases over the years. They've always worked well for waterproofness. The (old) lifetime warranty made them worth the extra money (had a replacement on a charging door once). The one I bought for my Samsung S8 in May 2019 was already looking a bit dodge for waterproofness by November and definitely not waterproof by January. I didn't prioritize a warranty replacement tho and by the time I got around to it pretty disappointing to find...now only a 12-month warranty. Must have changed when they got purchased by Otter. Pretty lame.
