Poor customer service and they blame… Poor customer service and they blame the pandemic. When will businesses understand that covid 19 is not an excuse for poor behavior? They are not adapting well and do not have the nice usa reps on staff any longer. The use independent reps who keep asking online if im done. Yes i am done with this company that chooses to not adapt to our new normal after 1 year. They are going extinct. Amazon has many other choices.

Pretty sure I would remember stopping a train with it or pulling it out of an alligator. Sound quality is horrible and I am forced to resort to texting. It gets 2 stars because it passed the waterproof test and it has a silent button instead of the Ounne's tiny nubby knob made for elves.

Made good on their warranty Made good on their warranty! Bought the LifeProof Slam iPhone X case late last year. After only a few short months of light use, there were cracks appearing on the clear plastic component of the case. I believed these would compromise the integrity of the protective case. I submitted a warranty claim through the company's website. I found this process very straight forward. After verifying my images they sent me a replacement case. Very happy with a company that makes good on their promises.

Absolutely rubbish case Absolutely rubbish case. Lasted all of 3 months before the rubber protector seal is now coming away from the case. While the case is still intact I doubt the phone would be protected. The cheap AliExpress cases I have brought for phones in the past have lasted longer than this. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be buying again.

You’ve ruined the Fre case with the new… You’ve ruined the Fre case with the new cover for the charging port. Proud owner of multiple cases over the year, willing to overlook how easily the front film becomes scratched to death because every time I’ve dropped one it’s survived. But the charging point cover is the last straw. Moving on to another case maker now.
