GBI came hear to see if anyone else had… I came hear to see if anyone else had had issues and looks like I am not the only one. As many on here I sent a faulty pair of the o7 ear pods back in sept and had no reply at all.

GBReceived Received earbuds 23 Mar 24 - 15 weeks 3 days after paying - present for someone so hope they ok - do I hold the long wait record? After sending my last email asking them to confirm if I had been scammed - things moved quickly.

IEno product delivered. i bought ear buds in december and they never arrived. mifo on this site not contactable. months later i had my bank reverse the transaction. there should be an option for a no star rating. avoid this site and dont give them an opportunity to scam you.

GBBought mifo earbuds 18 months ago Bought mifo earbuds 18 months ago. Have had continued issues with charging and now a single charge only lasts 20 minutes. This is particularly disappointing given the exceptional charge times advertised. Have also given up trying to contact mifo. They do not have a contact email and their online chat bot is a complete waste of time. In short the high cost and good reviews are completely unjustified. Strongly advise buying from this unreliable company.

GBMifo - Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. Reported faulty earbuds. Was ask to ship them to their Wellingborough support centre. Mifo confirmed receipt and promise to send me replacement. That was 1 year and 3 months ago. I am still chasing... Unbelievably poor customer service. Although I like their products I would avoid going forward because of the terrible customer service experience. Mifo really need to care more about their customers. They currently don't seem to have the faintest idea how to do this.
