Earbuds come with many different covers… Earbuds come with many different covers to help you find your perfect fit. Easy to start using right outbox the box - paired quickly with my iPhone but hasn’t paired with my MacBook Pro. Audio is awesome. Battery life is phenomenal. Lot of different buttons on the earbuds and still getting my head around them. Love the idea of that you can use the case to charge your phone if you need to! Shipping took over two weeks. Apparently the delay was with the courier.

Received Received earbuds 23 Mar 24 - 15 weeks 3 days after paying - present for someone so hope they ok - do I hold the long wait record? After sending my last email asking them to confirm if I had been scammed - things moved quickly.

MiFo inner earbuds, rubbish. My MiFo inner earbuds have never paired easily, its always a drama (android and Apple same story). The battery life is rubbish and gets worse within a year. Now one bud doesn't work at all. Out of warranty now sadly, ticked over 1 year. Save your money and try another brand.

When you finally receive your earbuds When you finally receive your earbuds, keep your fingers crossed that they continue to work ok. If you have a problem, forget any response. Customer services is completely useless. I had over thirty email conversations with (Steve) whilst they palmed me off with excuses. Eventually asked me to return the item and acknowledged I was within my 12 month warrantee. Still nothing. Complete rubbish and I feel sorry for anyone who buys from them. They don't deserve to be trading. Don't even think of buying from them and save yourself the pain and anxiety I went through.

Simply terrible Simply terrible. The headphones they sent broke, they ultimately sent a new pair, which did not work, and it's been nearly a year since that period I still have not received a pair of headphones. Staggeringly inept and seemingly not far off fraudulent.
