GBTerrible customer service. Do not buy from them. As with previous reviewers I have had continual problems with customer service. Initially was pleased with buds but when one stopped charging I had them sent back under warranty. That was almost 10 months ago. I have emailed them weekly since then. Sporadically I receive a reply stating they will get another set sent out but it is not looking likely. They have effectively stole from me (and all the other reviewers). Please avoid.

GBA Satisified Customer I've been using Mifo earbuds for 5 years almost daily for commuting to/from work and the gym. I've never had any issues and find the sound quality outstanding. Very comfortable too..

GBDisgusting company! I bought some earbuds from mifo in August 2023. A few weeks later, when they still hadn't arrived I contacted them. I tried the chat, email, every way I could. No joy. Eventually they responded and told me the colour I had ordered was not available and they didn't know when it would be. They asked if I would like another colour. I said no and could I please have a refund. No response. 2 days after this exchange I had a notification that they had been dispatched. I received the incorrect buds at the end of Sept. I sent them back, at my own expense, and they were received by Mifo on 8th Oct. Over the next 6 months I emailed them on a weekly basis demanding a refund. I would be told it was being dealt with, week in and week out. I eventually tried the Mifo.Au customer services and nearly 7 months after they received the buds back I GOT A REFUND!!! How disgusting that they would have happily seen me out of pocket by £90 and that they thought they could fob me off with another colour. Avoid these people at all costs.

GBIf I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid! If I could leave zero stars I would. Headphones (earbuds) lasted about 10 days. Then the problems started. No customer service at all! Took weeks to get the address to send earbuds too. Then nothing! They have now had earbuds for 3 months and no refund or replacement. Horrendous! Avoid!

GBSimply terrible Simply terrible. The headphones they sent broke, they ultimately sent a new pair, which did not work, and it's been nearly a year since that period I still have not received a pair of headphones. Staggeringly inept and seemingly not far off fraudulent.
