Received Received earbuds 23 Mar 24 - 15 weeks 3 days after paying - present for someone so hope they ok - do I hold the long wait record? After sending my last email asking them to confirm if I had been scammed - things moved quickly.

Easy to start using right outbox the box - paired quickly with my iPhone but hasn’t paired with my MacBook Pro. Audio is awesome. Battery life is phenomenal. Lot of different buttons on the earbuds and still getting my head around them. Love the idea of that you can use the case to charge your phone if you need to! Shipping took over two weeks. Apparently the delay was with the courier.

Recent purchase, Mifo gen 2 Plus… When I bought my headphones ( I used Apple Pay for the purchase), I did not receive email confirmation. It took me a while to find out how to contact the Customer Support team. They were prompt and courteous, and reassured me everything is in order, however, they could not provide me tracking number, nor they send the confirmation for the order. I read some quite bad reviews and to be honest, I was thinking this story won’t end well. However, the headphones arrived around a week after my purchase and on first try, they are remarkably better then the first generation of Mifo, which I used for about 3 years. So the Customer Service was OK, but there may be something on the tech side that needs addressing to improve the purchasing experience. I’m based in Ireland, so a delivery inside a week is pretty normal.

Unfulfilled order for earbuds - don't order Ordered earbuds 30 December 2023. Order not fulfilled. Emailed company - no response. Company cannot be contacted by phone. Used online chat service. Don't expect same day response. Was sent response - didn't tell me when order would be fulfilled. Then I read trust pilot reviews. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company in the hope I get my money back.
