Easy to start using right outbox the box - paired quickly with my iPhone but hasn’t paired with my MacBook Pro. Audio is awesome. Battery life is phenomenal. Lot of different buttons on the earbuds and still getting my head around them. Love the idea of that you can use the case to charge your phone if you need to! Shipping took over two weeks. Apparently the delay was with the courier.

no product delivered. i bought ear buds in december and they never arrived. mifo on this site not contactable. months later i had my bank reverse the transaction. there should be an option for a no star rating. avoid this site and dont give them an opportunity to scam you.

Simply terrible Simply terrible. The headphones they sent broke, they ultimately sent a new pair, which did not work, and it's been nearly a year since that period I still have not received a pair of headphones. Staggeringly inept and seemingly not far off fraudulent.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid! If I could leave zero stars I would. Headphones (earbuds) lasted about 10 days. Then the problems started. No customer service at all! Took weeks to get the address to send earbuds too. Then nothing! They have now had earbuds for 3 months and no refund or replacement. Horrendous! Avoid!

Battery life degrades quickly. Non-existent customer service! Earbuds we're great when I first received them but battery life reduced very quickly. One of the Earbuds has now stopped connecting. Have reached out to Mifo customer support 5 times and no response.
