GBI spent well over $ 12,000 on kitchen… I spent well over $ 12,000 on kitchen appliance in 2014 on top of the line Wolfe stove/ovens and Sub zero refrigator. I'm a single retired gentleman who does very little (I mean maybe once a week) and called to service my sub zero routine maintance. That went fine but my burners were not igniting. Long story short I had to purchase 2 burner unit at over $480 TO FIX STRIKER Tech couldn't explainit--said very unusual -never say problem before. Builder said he talked to store to see if they would cover cost--6 weeks later still no answer BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE NOT REPUTABLE COMPANY, i CAN'T AFFGORD TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS--CAN YOU

GBGood reviews are deceiving. Delayed shipping. Ordered washer & dryer on 6/7/15. I received my order on 6/30/2015. After speaking to customer service at least 10 times. They only responded after originally posting a bad review. They requested to me to take down the bad review in return for extended factory warranty for an year. They also agreed for a price match with home depot. Over the next few months I exchanged emails with the customer agent for the price match refund amount. He told me that the check will be mailed to me in a month and that did not happen until now.

GBBad sales and service Ordered a electric range oven from this place at 12/2015, The website shows the item is available all the time, Delivery time is suggested for 15 to 20 days, My delivery has been delayed few times, finally the delivery date is confirmed two months later but, broke promise again. I don't trust this company any more and cancelled my order. You can open a account at this web but, you can not log in your own account, the only way is phone call, You make a call to sales or to service you will talk to the same person the only one person and 30% chance you get a recorded message. This must be a one person operated business. Many other review from different site say to this place use one word: Fake !

GBCompany was referred by Sears for… Company was referred by Sears for repair service. Technician Curtis was rude, obnoxious & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Displayed an attitude right from the initial phone call. On the day of service Technician’s tone was aggressive & demanded that I go “somewhere else” while he worked (stated that it was company policy). Really?!?? He hadn’t made that request before when he needed my assistance with me using my phone flashlight because he did not have a flashlight of his own. Which prepared technician does not have that as part of their tools?! Anyway l insisted that it was my home & I would not be going anywhere). Should have kicked him out then but didn’t!! Technician demanded to know my deductible even though it was paid in advance to Sears. My fiancée is insisting that I make a formal complaint & I will because there is much more to report regarding his inappropriate behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! What a horrible representation of a reputable company as Sears!!!!!!! Is anyone wondering why their rating is at a 1 star......It should actually be -10!!!!!!!!
