GBBEWARE!!!!! I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.

CNAppliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Mis-representation Air Fryer Oven: My wife bought an Appliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Air Fryer Oven: ACA Model ATO-EAF26A as a birthday present. Capacity quoted as 26Litre. Ideal. But it looked small so I measured the oven internal dimensions: 32cm w x 18 cm h x 31.5 cm d = 18.14 cu cm = 18.14 litre WHAT A JOKE! As a follow up: The Company have refused to take it back and refund. Buyer Beware!

GBhorrible service I ran out of time waiting for my order so i had to cancel and they assured me that i will recieve full refund within 7-10 days... i will change review to five stars as soon as i get email verifying that the order has been cancelled and will be recieving full refund and will write another review when i recieve full refund back... i placed my order on oct 29 2015 and was promised delivery within 15 to 20 days and nothing so i called and they said order should ship out nov 27...then heard nothing called again nov 30 and they guarnteed me 1000% that my order would ship out dec 4th which again it did not ship ... i called today and they told me that it MIGHT ship out on dec 11th...so i decided to cancel my order... im very skeptical about recieving my refund... because of the reviews on the bbb website..

GBGood reviews are deceiving. Delayed shipping. Ordered washer & dryer on 6/7/15. I received my order on 6/30/2015. After speaking to customer service at least 10 times. They only responded after originally posting a bad review. They requested to me to take down the bad review in return for extended factory warranty for an year. They also agreed for a price match with home depot. Over the next few months I exchanged emails with the customer agent for the price match refund amount. He told me that the check will be mailed to me in a month and that did not happen until now.

GBBuyer beware Frigidaire Purchased a Frigidaire microwave in July 2017 along with 3 other kitchen appliances.After less than 3 years of very light use it completely quit on me. Other microwaves I’ve owned lasted about 20 years. When I contacted Frigidaire to say I wasn’t satisfied with the microwave I was first transferred to a disconnected number. I called back and basically was told to call a repair person. Repair people change $100 just to come out. Frigidaire basically told me “too bad you’re out of luck”. Will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product. BUYER BEWARE!!!
