GBhorrible service I ran out of time waiting for my order so i had to cancel and they assured me that i will recieve full refund within 7-10 days... i will change review to five stars as soon as i get email verifying that the order has been cancelled and will be recieving full refund and will write another review when i recieve full refund back... i placed my order on oct 29 2015 and was promised delivery within 15 to 20 days and nothing so i called and they said order should ship out nov 27...then heard nothing called again nov 30 and they guarnteed me 1000% that my order would ship out dec 4th which again it did not ship ... i called today and they told me that it MIGHT ship out on dec 11th...so i decided to cancel my order... im very skeptical about recieving my refund... because of the reviews on the bbb website..

GBGood reviews are deceiving. Delayed shipping. Ordered washer & dryer on 6/7/15. I received my order on 6/30/2015. After speaking to customer service at least 10 times. They only responded after originally posting a bad review. They requested to me to take down the bad review in return for extended factory warranty for an year. They also agreed for a price match with home depot. Over the next few months I exchanged emails with the customer agent for the price match refund amount. He told me that the check will be mailed to me in a month and that did not happen until now.

GBPromised everything and got nothing. Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.

GBAll talk Waited FIVE WEEKS for a microwave and it arrived damaged. Going on three months now from original date of purchase and I still don't have the appliance. The salesperson that I dealt with is a smooth talker that tells you what you want to hear but that is as far as it goes. I have requested a refund and am going to buy the appliance from a legitimate dealer. I looked up their address on Google streets. It looks like a used appliance store with a different name. Should have gone with my gut. Avoid these guys!
