GBBad sales and service Ordered a electric range oven from this place at 12/2015, The website shows the item is available all the time, Delivery time is suggested for 15 to 20 days, My delivery has been delayed few times, finally the delivery date is confirmed two months later but, broke promise again. I don't trust this company any more and cancelled my order. You can open a account at this web but, you can not log in your own account, the only way is phone call, You make a call to sales or to service you will talk to the same person the only one person and 30% chance you get a recorded message. This must be a one person operated business. Many other review from different site say to this place use one word: Fake !

GBBEWARE!!!!! I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.

CAWhirlpool is noting more than ...a… Whirlpool is noting more than ...a waste of your money. Both a new refrigerator a Top of the line "Whirlpool" just 3 years ago. We paid over $1500 believing "whirlpool" was one of the best choices....WRONG ! If you want to just throw your money away foolishly than yes buy Whirlpool. One year after the warranty and it is now "NOT" keeping the upper section at the required 40 degree temperature. Contacted Whirlpool and it turns out it sucks to be me. Will never buy any Whirlpool product again !

GBBuyer beware Frigidaire Purchased a Frigidaire microwave in July 2017 along with 3 other kitchen appliances.After less than 3 years of very light use it completely quit on me. Other microwaves I’ve owned lasted about 20 years. When I contacted Frigidaire to say I wasn’t satisfied with the microwave I was first transferred to a disconnected number. I called back and basically was told to call a repair person. Repair people change $100 just to come out. Frigidaire basically told me “too bad you’re out of luck”. Will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product. BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBPleasant customer service So far so good. My rep was Billy Johnson and he explained the delivery service, the protection plan and the white glove service. I normally don't take protection plans but since their price was so much lower than the big box stores, the protection plan was basically no cost and if claims are made against it, then 1/2 the cost is refunded back.
