BEWARE!!!!! I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.

All talk Waited FIVE WEEKS for a microwave and it arrived damaged. Going on three months now from original date of purchase and I still don't have the appliance. The salesperson that I dealt with is a smooth talker that tells you what you want to hear but that is as far as it goes. I have requested a refund and am going to buy the appliance from a legitimate dealer. I looked up their address on Google streets. It looks like a used appliance store with a different name. Should have gone with my gut. Avoid these guys!

Pleasant customer service So far so good. My rep was Billy Johnson and he explained the delivery service, the protection plan and the white glove service. I normally don't take protection plans but since their price was so much lower than the big box stores, the protection plan was basically no cost and if claims are made against it, then 1/2 the cost is refunded back.

New range purchase with ease Billy was extremely helpful with our recent purchase of the Samsung Chef Collection Induction Range. After waiting forever for an local dealer to even give us a quote. Billy give us very a combative price and set everything up within just one hour. Now we are just waiting for the new range. Can't wait to test it out with induction technology now.

Customer service problems; perhaps some growing pains These guys do not respond quickly to emails or phone calls (2 day response time), do not provide ship dates. 3 weeks later, still waiting, with no updates. Order status displays "no information available". Cancelled the credit card I gave them, cancelled order. I did get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic, and wanted to make things right. For me, however, that ship has sailed. I deeply appreciate his sincere effort in calling, I know calls like ours are not easy, or fun. As mine seems to be the only even half negative review here, maybe you'll have better luck.
