GBPromised everything and got nothing. Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.

GBAs worst as it can get Appliance of America did not deliver my item. I originally order a refrigerator in November 28th for my father's birthday. Was told it would take 6 weeks. Called back after 6 weeks, said it was delayed. Had to open a case with credit card company like many people in this review. Dad ended up crying cause he was so disappointed he never got his gift.

GBSamsung induction cooktop Samsung induction cooktop. Worst appliance and most expensive. Turns off randomly, wifi connection doesn’t work at all, jumps up and down in settings. Called company and got the run around for 2 days and result was I could pay for someone to look at it.

GBBEWARE!!!!! I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.
