horrible service I ran out of time waiting for my order so i had to cancel and they assured me that i will recieve full refund within 7-10 days... i will change review to five stars as soon as i get email verifying that the order has been cancelled and will be recieving full refund and will write another review when i recieve full refund back... i placed my order on oct 29 2015 and was promised delivery within 15 to 20 days and nothing so i called and they said order should ship out nov 27...then heard nothing called again nov 30 and they guarnteed me 1000% that my order would ship out dec 4th which again it did not ship ... i called today and they told me that it MIGHT ship out on dec 11th...so i decided to cancel my order... im very skeptical about recieving my refund... because of the reviews on the bbb website..

Bad sales and service Ordered a electric range oven from this place at 12/2015, The website shows the item is available all the time, Delivery time is suggested for 15 to 20 days, My delivery has been delayed few times, finally the delivery date is confirmed two months later but, broke promise again. I don't trust this company any more and cancelled my order. You can open a account at this web but, you can not log in your own account, the only way is phone call, You make a call to sales or to service you will talk to the same person the only one person and 30% chance you get a recorded message. This must be a one person operated business. Many other review from different site say to this place use one word: Fake !

Promised everything and got nothing. Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.

Customer service problems; perhaps some growing pains These guys do not respond quickly to emails or phone calls (2 day response time), do not provide ship dates. 3 weeks later, still waiting, with no updates. Order status displays "no information available". Cancelled the credit card I gave them, cancelled order. I did get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic, and wanted to make things right. For me, however, that ship has sailed. I deeply appreciate his sincere effort in calling, I know calls like ours are not easy, or fun. As mine seems to be the only even half negative review here, maybe you'll have better luck.
