GBThe Joke is On Me - Samsung - 2.2 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Samsung front load compact washer (2.2 cu capacity) warranty is a nightmare. Having over 7 weeks without a functioning washer, another 'service' is scheduled in a week totalling 6 attempted repairs to date. Not only can this washer not be repaired, Samsung, insisting upon continuing this charade and not providing any consideration for its customers, by continuing to schedule service techs into my home during this Covid 19 pandemic. With little recourse I have used a wash and fold service in our area weekly averaging $125 each use. Please think twice about purchasing a Samsung washer. If something goes wrong with the machine, you will join me in my nightmare.

GBCustomer service problems; perhaps some growing pains These guys do not respond quickly to emails or phone calls (2 day response time), do not provide ship dates. 3 weeks later, still waiting, with no updates. Order status displays "no information available". Cancelled the credit card I gave them, cancelled order. I did get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic, and wanted to make things right. For me, however, that ship has sailed. I deeply appreciate his sincere effort in calling, I know calls like ours are not easy, or fun. As mine seems to be the only even half negative review here, maybe you'll have better luck.

CNAppliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Mis-representation Air Fryer Oven: My wife bought an Appliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Air Fryer Oven: ACA Model ATO-EAF26A as a birthday present. Capacity quoted as 26Litre. Ideal. But it looked small so I measured the oven internal dimensions: 32cm w x 18 cm h x 31.5 cm d = 18.14 cu cm = 18.14 litre WHAT A JOKE! As a follow up: The Company have refused to take it back and refund. Buyer Beware!

GBPromised everything and got nothing. Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.
