GROrdered a TV and they kept changing the… Ordered a TV and they kept changing the delivery date. Please note that while ordering their system was informing that the actual TV was in another branch a few km away so the transfer should have taken a day or two. Nope... the transfer or wherever they actually got the TV form took more than 3 weeks. The sad thing is that every time I contacted them they had no idea where the TV was... so they couldn't say for sure what was happening. Another thing they do for SEO and confuse people is that the leave on their site millions of products they used to have and now show as unavailable without deleting them.

GRA lot of products are marked as available to misguide A lot of products are not available, even thought it says that it is. You make an order, you pay off the whole amount and products gets into "extensive search" for even 3 months, while withholding your money, and the product and when the product is never found, they refund you. This results on missing on products that where released on limited editions.

GRDo not buy a gift card A friend bought a gift card for me, but due to a "technical problem" as they call it, I cannot buy anything. They deny any return to the gift card buyer or any other similar solution. The issue persists after 20 days. The customer service has left me calling for 10 days (and counting) without providing any actual help. I am just waiting for them to resolve their own issue and when they finally call me they ask me for feedback on their problem.

GRI ordered 4 items and received the 2 of… I ordered 4 items and received the 2 of them only while on their end seemed as fully delivered. I called them about 4 times, I sent email and after one month +, neither refunded me nor sent the 2 remaining items. While in the past I did not have similar issues after this non existent customer support, I will never buy anything else from them. Its ok until you have actually an issue, then good luck... the amount thankgod was really small but still is not the amount (which I paid anyway) but the experience and the scam.. Even if they did not believe I was saying the truth if they had a serious inventory they will see that they could find the issue.
