This company misrepresents its… This company misrepresents its products, I ordered a 'huge garage door mural, reusable, vinyl with a fitting kit to attach to the door. No communication from them which caused me to initiate a complaint with PayPal. Eventually received a printed tablecloth less than half the ordered size with a fitting kit that was four nails in a plastic hook. PayPal have supported them but have got me a refund when I have returned the item at my cost. It took 39 days for the original item to arrive with no updates from this company. I would suggest DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY it is worthwhile spending a little more with a reputable company. If they were in Australia I would have sued them

Communication and customer service non-existent I bought an Iphone backcover from them. They were very prompt in taking the payment out of paypal, but never posted a shipping confirmation. Two weeks later, when I had not received it, I tried to contact them through their customer service email. I received NO response. I did it again the next day and the next. NO response. I had Paypal contact them. NO response. Finally, I ordered a new back on EBay from someone else (cheaper too). The next day the first back arrived. I still have had NO response from this company at any time. Now, I have to deal with having TWO backs. I would never deal with them again.

Do not use, this is a fraud site Please do not use this site, they don't send the items. Required a new screen for phone, they even provided a tracking number to Paypal that doesn't work. Paypal case raised and sorted for me. Avoid!!!

CRAPPY BUSINESS ETHICS DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ORDERED MY PRODUCT 14 DAYS AGO AND IT WAS JUST PROCESSED IN CHINA ON JUNE 5TH. DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY. I DON'T WANT THE OTTERBOX ANYMORE, BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL EVEN GET A REFUND. Horrible company! I bought a new screen for my son's phone almost three weeks ago and have emailed them twice. Still no screen or reply from company!
