Do not use, this is a fraud site Please do not use this site, they don't send the items. Required a new screen for phone, they even provided a tracking number to Paypal that doesn't work. Paypal case raised and sorted for me. Avoid!!!

DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY. I DON'T WANT THE OTTERBOX ANYMORE, BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL EVEN GET A REFUND. Communication and customer service non-existent I bought an Iphone backcover from them. They were very prompt in taking the payment out of paypal, but never posted a shipping confirmation. Two weeks later, when I had not received it, I tried to contact them through their customer service email. I received NO response. I did it again the next day and the next. NO response. I had Paypal contact them. NO response. Finally, I ordered a new back on EBay from someone else (cheaper too). The next day the first back arrived. I still have had NO response from this company at any time. Now, I have to deal with having TWO backs. I would never deal with them again.

this company seems to be fraudulent I ordered two iphone cases from them and after two weeks have not received them or even an order confirmation or shipment information whatsover. Just initiated a dispute through paypal.

Awesome! My husband had ordered us each an otter box for our phones. I tried tracking the order after a few days. I was concerned after not receiving a conformation email of the order so I could track it. After about 9 days of ordering the cases, they came in. I love them. Honestly, there's nothing to get alarmed about.
