They're not honest Haven't got my merchandise I ordered over a week ago

Horrible company! I bought a new screen for my son's phone almost three weeks ago and have emailed them twice. Still no screen or reply from company!

trustworthy website!!! it's a very good website,the website is very simple and easy to place order,needs 2 weeks to deliver.i hope they can speed it up,in that case,it would be more accepable for foreign cutomers.

Never again I ordered an otter box 5 weeks ago. The payment was taken immediately , but still no otter box . I emailed the company and have gotten no response. Now when I try to log into the sight It says it's not a secure sight, and I can't get past please log in. Very disappointing! spend the extra money and order from a reputable company.

CRAPPY BUSINESS ETHICS DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ORDERED MY PRODUCT 14 DAYS AGO AND IT WAS JUST PROCESSED IN CHINA ON JUNE 5TH. DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY. I DON'T WANT THE OTTERBOX ANYMORE, BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL EVEN GET A REFUND.
