GBPathetic Customer Service I wish I could give 0, I bought the ninebot kickscooter, the scooter / trottienette itself was perfectly okay until it suddenly stopped working just after 40 days of use. The customer service is so poor. I sent them my scooter on dec 1, 2023 and today it is january 9, 2024. No response and they are not helpful. I am flying out of France in 4 days and I have no idea what I will do when its fixed.

GBNot taking their don’t care attitude anymore!Unlike others my experience with their… Unlike others my experience with their customer service has been not to bad it’s the actual scooter that I’m really disappointed with. I have sent it back twice to be repaired and the last time it came back it was missing screws and the rear light no longer works. When I ask for a replacement light they said they no longer had the part. They offered me a replacement scooter and then nothing! My wife can get a bit crazy when she feels we haven’t been treated fairly and becomes a “Keyboard Warrior “ and will spend her free time writing reviews and emails to anything that has to do with the problem! I think we all need to start taking a stand about bad treatment from companies who just don’t care about quality anymore. Society has become weak and just seems to bend over and take it!!! I am going to follow my wife’s example and not take their indifference to their customers problems anymore!!!

GBBad support Terrible support experience - I've been unable to use my scooter safely for 5 months. Took 3 months for them to produce a return shipping, it's been 2 months of it sitting in the support queue. The support staff is absolutely useless, no matter who you deal with. Segway, put your act together! I'm pretty sure it's one of the worst companies to deal with. an update as of 3/23/2022: I received a replacement from Segway, thus updating the rating to 3-star.

GBTry to avoid this company Try to avoid this company! Have a worst customer service! Broke down after being used a two weeks after purchase. Scooter is on warranty and have the battery issues and Segway doesn’t bother to replace or fix it, just keep sending scooter to repair shop and from repair shop is coming back in absolutely same condition!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

FRGot a g2 ninebot scooter Got a g2 ninebot scooter. I had to send it in for repairs because it stopped charging and repairs lasted about one month. That was from just 3 months use. Now it again needs repairs because the motor and electronic brake have issues. I asked them to provide replacement since this unit seems to be defective. Customer service just sends boilerplate emails with instructions to send it in. They completely ignore my question and they don't even reject it. They can just say no, we don't offer replacement even if your product breaks down every 3-4 months. If you want reliability do not buy Segway products, go for other brands. With Segway it's hit or miss, the company has no accountability over their products.
