Can not solve problem [Incident: 220419-000***] Segway Ninebot KickScooter E22E Dark Grey, over 3 months just simply to order courier to pick up item. only promises every week, not answering for mails , only after angry call by phone, some mails comming that they will do they will solve wait wait, , but again after that silence and no further movements.now at all phone nr. +372 6094177is not responding. realy already tired from such support.

RUNinebot Kickscooter E22 (speed limit required) I've got Ninebot Kickscooter E22 during one year. It is absolutely nice product. My travel distance more than 500 km. I hope that Segway can do great improvement to add speed limit in computer firmware of Kickscooter. 3 modes (eco, white S, red S) is good but also Speed Limit is required. For me convenience is to set red S mode and speed limit at 15-17 kmh. Ninebot Kickscooter will start quickly and not overspeeding.

GBDreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. 10 days into trying to get a return for an unopened unit. Emails and phone calls. A different excuse everyday as to why no pick up is happening. Please do not go near these people.

FROriginal inventor. It is actually funny the original segway was the idea of my father who was a chemical engineer and always had a lot of crazy ideas before he died six years ago. He had so many ideas that the whole family would run away from him. I told him to do humanity a favor and give his ideas for free to his patent lawyer, my father had already payented some other of these ideas before. One of those idess with drawings and all was the original concept of the segway. His patent lawyer sold many of those ideas I think mostly to the Chinese including that one. Funny enough he never got credit for it or a penny from it and all the credit went to some Chinese guy who sold it to the west.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Constantly chasing for my faulty item to get sorted, less than 6 months old and the handlebars are loose and leaking paste from frame. I have now been told that repair will be 15 days and you are not provided a replacement. My son needs this to get to and from work, they are not interested. Don't bother purchasing from them!
