GBAvoid ALL segway products Got a segway kick scooter (Model F30S) - total disaster. On a full charge, I get 7 miles (if I am lucky) (this is on FLAT terrain) Had several exchanges with segway - bottom line they said - Too bad, you bought it from some non authorized dealer (it was BRAND NEW) I had heard that segway services their products no matter where one purchases it from Wrong. I'd say stay away from Segway - I have lost trust in the company Dean Kamen founded - it seems it has the segway brand name, but else a piece of junk

GBPathetic Customer Service I wish I could give 0, I bought the ninebot kickscooter, the scooter / trottienette itself was perfectly okay until it suddenly stopped working just after 40 days of use. The customer service is so poor. I sent them my scooter on dec 1, 2023 and today it is january 9, 2024. No response and they are not helpful. I am flying out of France in 4 days and I have no idea what I will do when its fixed.

GBNot taking their don’t care attitude anymore!Unlike others my experience with their… Unlike others my experience with their customer service has been not to bad it’s the actual scooter that I’m really disappointed with. I have sent it back twice to be repaired and the last time it came back it was missing screws and the rear light no longer works. When I ask for a replacement light they said they no longer had the part. They offered me a replacement scooter and then nothing! My wife can get a bit crazy when she feels we haven’t been treated fairly and becomes a “Keyboard Warrior “ and will spend her free time writing reviews and emails to anything that has to do with the problem! I think we all need to start taking a stand about bad treatment from companies who just don’t care about quality anymore. Society has become weak and just seems to bend over and take it!!! I am going to follow my wife’s example and not take their indifference to their customers problems anymore!!!

AUExtremely poor customer service When my daughter opened her scooter for Christmas it was missing parts, upon contacting Segway who we ordered directly through we were informed to address our issue with another email. After a week we heard back requesting part details, serial numbers, invoice details and personal details - all of which were on their system. Issue has still not been resolved and my daughter continues to be unable to ride her scooter. Absolutely disgusting service from a company that sells expensive and quality items.

AUWorst customer service,$1100 xmas… Worst customer service,$1100 xmas present that is going onto 3 months without repair.customer servive agents will lie to your face saying they cant find emails or you have sent the same vid that clearly has a dif file number to drag things out further.Took my bike repaired nothing and sent it back not working and have now ignored my emails for 2 weeks.bike repairers refuse to answer phone or return messages .
