GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. By far the worse experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with someone named David, who tells me the company has sent me emails, when they haven't. Took forever to provide me with a label for me to PRINT! I sent the scooter back, which I PAID for only to be billed again to have it fixed. I've asked to speak to corporate only to have David continue to respond to me. If anyone has any advice, please share. Its frustrating because my daughter needs the scooter to go from class to class and the scooter has been in their possession since December. Stay away from the company so you need have to deal with the customer service.

GBDreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. 10 days into trying to get a return for an unopened unit. Emails and phone calls. A different excuse everyday as to why no pick up is happening. Please do not go near these people.

GBTry to avoid this company Try to avoid this company! Have a worst customer service! Broke down after being used a two weeks after purchase. Scooter is on warranty and have the battery issues and Segway doesn’t bother to replace or fix it, just keep sending scooter to repair shop and from repair shop is coming back in absolutely same condition!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

AUExtremely poor customer service When my daughter opened her scooter for Christmas it was missing parts, upon contacting Segway who we ordered directly through we were informed to address our issue with another email. After a week we heard back requesting part details, serial numbers, invoice details and personal details - all of which were on their system. Issue has still not been resolved and my daughter continues to be unable to ride her scooter. Absolutely disgusting service from a company that sells expensive and quality items.
