GBWell at least I received my product… Well at least I received my product quickly unlike some. I wasn't happy with them and have tried for a week to return them but haven't gotten any reply. Wish I'd had Trust pilot reviews before i bought. After re-checking Cowins website reviews they are obviously fake. Installed trust pilot extension to hopefully avoid bad sellers in the future. :(

GBThe reality and sadness Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon. As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.

GBIsn't it amazing? Isn't it amazing? I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth products and yet, the best Bluetooth product i've had by a country mile are the Cowin E7 headphones. They have been SO good it's not even close. Sound, connectability, supportability (iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad etc) I'm not doubting other people's bad experiences but........ my little E7s are amazing and are still going strong.....

GBAbysmal Customer Service My SE7 noise cancelling headphones were great when they worked, but they suddenly ceased charging. I have not exposed them to damage, force, or any fluctuating temperatures. Good news that I'm still under warranty, right? Wrong, you cannot get ahold of anyone. I've received no response from my email, form submission, or message on Facebook. I called the number and although the person who answered was nice, she took my information and then quickly told me she would have to pass it along to someone who could help and hung up. What the hell? Why would you have someone answering phones that cannot help you? What a dysfunctional company.
