Similar to many others here Similar to many others here - I ordered a replacement pair of E7s after using mine daily and loving them...but no delivery two months later, no response to any customer service emails...nothing.

Well at least I received my product… Well at least I received my product quickly unlike some. I wasn't happy with them and have tried for a week to return them but haven't gotten any reply. Wish I'd had Trust pilot reviews before i bought. After re-checking Cowins website reviews they are obviously fake. Installed trust pilot extension to hopefully avoid bad sellers in the future. :(

Isn't it amazing? Isn't it amazing? I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth products and yet, the best Bluetooth product i've had by a country mile are the Cowin E7 headphones. They have been SO good it's not even close. Sound, connectability, supportability (iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad etc) I'm not doubting other people's bad experiences but........ my little E7s are amazing and are still going strong.....

Never buy from this site! Never buy from this site. I was naive and found their website to be trustworthy with their (fake) reviews on the site. I ordered a headset in September, 2 months ago, and have heard nothing, other than an order confirmation Email. All attempts at contacting the company has failed. This is clearly a scam. The website is continuesly being updated with new offers and models, though there is no real company behind it.
