Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got… Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect. After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

This company is a total scam This company is a total scam! While I did actually receive my headphones, the microphone was not working and I immediately tried contacting the company for a refund or exchange. Emails went unanswered, no online chat or phone available to try and get in touch with a real person. I even paid to have these shipped back and included the refund request form with my emails backing up that I did try to reach out to request refund within 30 days and still no response. No refund, not even exchange. NOTHING! I learned the hard way this company is a total scam.

Well at least I received my product… Well at least I received my product quickly unlike some. I wasn't happy with them and have tried for a week to return them but haven't gotten any reply. Wish I'd had Trust pilot reviews before i bought. After re-checking Cowins website reviews they are obviously fake. Installed trust pilot extension to hopefully avoid bad sellers in the future. :(

Great product but absolutely awful Customer Service Great product but absolutely awful customer experience. I bought a pair of headphones that arrived and worked as expected. However, they don't fit me right and were uncomfortable so I wanted to return. Good luck. I've tried emails, the refund form, phone calls, and anything else I can think of to no avail. Seems like this company only creates products while everything else is sham. I'm completely done with Cowin.

The reality and sadness Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon. As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.
