GBScammers all the wa Scammers. I ordered a pair of wireless earphones that never arrived. Took my money. No shipping updates, no dispatch, no tracking numbers, no replies to emails, calls, social media, nothing. If you check their socials you will see hundreds of people commenting asking where their products are. I feel like an idiot for not doing more research, but I’d had a pair of their headphones in 2019 which were great. My guess is the company went bust, but the parasites are still taking payments Just don’t do it. I’m trying to get my money back from my card company but I’ve accepted the money is probably lost.

GBThe reality and sadness Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon. As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.

GBThis company is a total scam This company is a total scam! While I did actually receive my headphones, the microphone was not working and I immediately tried contacting the company for a refund or exchange. Emails went unanswered, no online chat or phone available to try and get in touch with a real person. I even paid to have these shipped back and included the refund request form with my emails backing up that I did try to reach out to request refund within 30 days and still no response. No refund, not even exchange. NOTHING! I learned the hard way this company is a total scam.

GBI ordered 2 smart watches with blood… I ordered 2 smart watches with blood sugar tracking capabilities. I have tried to contact them numerous times, to no avail. I tried the phone number that is actually in NY. I am totally disgusted with this company. I doubt I will received a credit even though they are paid for. One start is for prompt shipping, nothing else.

GBAll measurements are way way off A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....
