Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got… Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect. After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

I ordered 2 smart watches with blood… I ordered 2 smart watches with blood sugar tracking capabilities. I have tried to contact them numerous times, to no avail. I tried the phone number that is actually in NY. I am totally disgusted with this company. I doubt I will received a credit even though they are paid for. One start is for prompt shipping, nothing else.

All measurements are way way off A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....

I ordered and paid for Bluetooth buds… I ordered and paid for Bluetooth buds from Cowin on Dec 17 2024. It's now almost three months later and they haven't been delivered, and I haven't heard a thing about whether or when they will be delivered. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from this company.

Great product but absolutely awful Customer Service Great product but absolutely awful customer experience. I bought a pair of headphones that arrived and worked as expected. However, they don't fit me right and were uncomfortable so I wanted to return. Good luck. I've tried emails, the refund form, phone calls, and anything else I can think of to no avail. Seems like this company only creates products while everything else is sham. I'm completely done with Cowin.
