Wish I'd had Trust pilot reviews before i bought. After re-checking Cowins website reviews they are obviously fake. Installed trust pilot extension to hopefully avoid bad sellers in the future. :(

I tried the phone number that is actually in NY. I am totally disgusted with this company. I doubt I will received a credit even though they are paid for. One start is for prompt shipping, nothing else.

I finally gave up and disputed the charge through my credit card company. They've refunded my card, apparently they couldn't get hold of them either.
