Domestic & Con. 3rd engineer turned up for the same job. Did not know what he was supposed to fit. Details provided on the job request weren’t transferred across to him. Booked through domestic and con who are fast enough to take your money and promise you engineers. CEO and directors of domestic and fun need to call their numbers and see what stupid loops are through. Always when I call high call numberswhich means not enough staff. Would not recommend domestic and con.

Dear me! I get through to someone and then I'm getting cut off!!!!! Im phoning because an engineer broke my plug socket and I want it fixed. I'm not one to make complaints, I just want it fixed and they keep "putting me on hold" the cutting me off!!!!!

Drying Timer Knob - Tumble Dryer Had to wait more than half an hour to speak to an advisor after the drying timer knob on our brand new tumble dryer fell off. I was then given an engineer appointment 5 days hence as the earliest available so no use of the machine in the interim.
