TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! Motorola headset I ordered was not in Motorola packaging, missing pieces, and buttons don’t work. They offered me an RMA number to return the headset for “inspection” but the RMA number is only valid for 7 days. This company is a total scam selling broken electronics, having customers return the product, giving no refunds, and reselling the broken products to the next person. I wish a bolt of lightening would set their “store” on fire. They deserve it!!!

crooks this seller is an outright crook they sent an empty box nothing in it wont make it right dosent respond buyer be ware how do you package a bluetooth in a box without sealing the box? the low price should have tipped me off hope i can get satisfaction thru credit card company to the owners you can not atone for this deception dont even try

No better than a "rip off" artist I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. It was packed in a flimsy plastic bag and shipped via USPS. When it finally arrived, the plastic bag had been destroyed in transit. I did NOT RECEIVE the Bluetooth headset. MULTIPLE attempts to get CellXPo to correct the situation (including complaining to the BBB) failed. DO NOT do business with this company.

Sends wrong items then ignores you I ordered an item (headphones). The item I ordered wasn't available, so instead of letting me know and asking how I'd like to proceed, they sent an older cheaper model that the specific one I paid for. I immediately requested a refund and a return shipping label. They took several days to get back to me, then said it was close enough. I replied it wasn't what I specifically ordered and paid for. No response from them, just completely ignored.

Customer Service is Horrible Customer Service is Horrible! No way to contact customer service. Had to email on numerous occasions. Tracking # provided but tracking only said that shipping label has been processed. Took over 3 weeks to get the product and paid a high shipping charge
