TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! Motorola headset I ordered was not in Motorola packaging, missing pieces, and buttons don’t work. They offered me an RMA number to return the headset for “inspection” but the RMA number is only valid for 7 days. This company is a total scam selling broken electronics, having customers return the product, giving no refunds, and reselling the broken products to the next person. I wish a bolt of lightening would set their “store” on fire. They deserve it!!!

Customer Service is Horrible Customer Service is Horrible! No way to contact customer service. Had to email on numerous occasions. Tracking # provided but tracking only said that shipping label has been processed. Took over 3 weeks to get the product and paid a high shipping charge

Satisfied with Customer Service Response At first I was skeptical about CellXpo when I did not receive my order. Wrote an email to customer service and found out that the Jabra BT 8040 Bluetooth headset that I had order was not in stock. CellXpo offered another Jabra headset instead but elected to change the order to getting the Bluetooth_Car_Kit-TZ700 speaker system with no additional charge. I confident that the product will arrive in a timely manner. I would buy from them again in the future.

No better than a "rip off" artist I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. It was packed in a flimsy plastic bag and shipped via USPS. When it finally arrived, the plastic bag had been destroyed in transit. I did NOT RECEIVE the Bluetooth headset. MULTIPLE attempts to get CellXPo to correct the situation (including complaining to the BBB) failed. DO NOT do business with this company.

I have ordered in the past and was not… I have ordered in the past and was not a bad experience, however this time i am fed up. I ordered a "NEW" LG headset, it was damaged in transit by the post office. After 2 months of emails I finally got them to agree to replace the unit. I got the unit and it has black tape on the back covering exposed wires. This company is a fraud and a scam I am trying to bring a case against the company and get them shut down and possibly fined for false advertisement and copywriter infringement. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
