GBGot it taken care of These Indian people that work at this company are so lucky. They have no idea. Literally there is an American lady that took only five minutes to fix my problem, but the Indians gave me the runaround from 11pm till 8 in the morning so if you lady I forgot to ask for your name see this message from the bottom of my heart like literally thank you thank you thank you and I wish I was there so I could even thank you even more ❤️❤️. KRAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible. Switched to AT&T before deploying with the Army and they promised me I could suspend my service and resume when I got back. Long story short I was lied to by several employees and am now stuck half way across the world with a $680 phone bill for the next 9 months. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and many other branches and have been told there’s nothing they can do. I absolutely frustrated and would never recommend this service to anyone.

GBMy bill has been $136 My bill has been $136. for years. This past month it went up to $146 so I called and they said my plan has changed because the plan I had they don't have anymore SO they just gave me one with out my knowledge regardless if I wanted it or not. I have talked to Trustpilot in the past they are wonderful. I still do not have 5G and I only live est. 5 miles out of town. I only have 1 phone and line. I asked At&t sense when did at&t start telling me what plan I will have. I'm paying for things I do not even have. What is my options for this problem?

GBPoor service My phone stopped working so I went to an at&t store & was told my phone needed replaced & they were not allowed to open the new one until I paid for it?? So I paid for it & after they opened it they still would not work so they told me my account was that old that it was discontinued & I would need to open a new one?? But after I said I was going to leave & contact AT&T direct they finally got the new phone working under the old plan I was told but I still paid for a new phone I d id not need (would not take it back because it was opened) now I get my first bill since I was there & it is all screwed up & can not talk to anyone in the US on the phone to get it taken care of VERY POOR SERVICE if you are thinking about AT&T look else where after 20 years they could care less. Run & do not look back

GBWorst phone service Worst phone service. They have been overcharging me for years. Finally I change to a T-Mobile, and att is still charging me. Spoke to about a million people. I have been hung up on, given wrong numbers. And basically so frustrated with their customer service. Don't use them.
