AT&T Billing AT&T Billing - fraudulent AT&T promised the bill is $80 flat for services. However when the bill showed up it is $10 more. I called customer service, and the customer service says they added a package that I never requested. And the bill will be lower next month.

My bill has been $136 My bill has been $136. for years. This past month it went up to $146 so I called and they said my plan has changed because the plan I had they don't have anymore SO they just gave me one with out my knowledge regardless if I wanted it or not. I have talked to Trustpilot in the past they are wonderful. I still do not have 5G and I only live est. 5 miles out of town. I only have 1 phone and line. I asked At&t sense when did at&t start telling me what plan I will have. I'm paying for things I do not even have. What is my options for this problem?

WORTHLESS FRAUD SUPPORT I have been trying to contact AT&T for a week to report a fraudulent account someone opened with my SSN. The fraud department's phone menu hung up on me three separate times. I called their general support center to try to get help, and they redirected me to the fraud department, saying to give it a day or two, and that there must be something wrong with the phone lines. I thanked them for their help and called back the fraud center a day or two later. When I called the fraud department back, it was impossible to get a human being on the phone. Their AI spoke to me and told me I could go to the website and file a claim there. Tried several different options in the phone menu, but to no avail. Ridiculous. Why have a fraud department at all if its just an AI? (Which couldn't help me at all, BTW) SO frustrated. Glad I've never been an AT&T customer.

I had my mobiles ported over to another… I had my mobiles ported over to another company going on a year ago. Yesterday I recieved a call from a debt collector stating that i owed them $216.00. I have call several times a talk with some smart ass people there and still no resolution. I have proof that i had service with another provider and AT&T are billing me of a service that I DID NOT HAVE. They stated its because i canceled service during a billing cycle and they do mot prorate there bill. These thieves have turned my account over to collections and i now have this on my credit report. AT&T is performing unfair billing practices and there customer care (so called ) are not worth my time. If there are enough people who are or have had this same issue we can start a class action lawsuit for the ruining peoples credit and billing for a service that they did not supply. I am in the process of filing a complaint the the Secretary of States office at this time. Anyone who may read this please keep in mind that we where there customers for 28 years and now they are trying to screw everyone that they can.

Worst scam ever Worst scam ever. Switch us to fiber at home and business just to price gouge us for $700 in a month between the 2. I would think there's a federal investigation into this and a class action lawsuit already. They farm customer service out to foreign countries. The people they likely only pay very little to for cheap labor. No internet at home for 4 weeks due to all this. Business net constantly going down and after 2 months our landlines doesn't work.
