I had my mobiles ported over to another… I had my mobiles ported over to another company going on a year ago. Yesterday I recieved a call from a debt collector stating that i owed them $216.00. I have call several times a talk with some smart ass people there and still no resolution. I have proof that i had service with another provider and AT&T are billing me of a service that I DID NOT HAVE. They stated its because i canceled service during a billing cycle and they do mot prorate there bill. These thieves have turned my account over to collections and i now have this on my credit report. AT&T is performing unfair billing practices and there customer care (so called ) are not worth my time. If there are enough people who are or have had this same issue we can start a class action lawsuit for the ruining peoples credit and billing for a service that they did not supply. I am in the process of filing a complaint the the Secretary of States office at this time. Anyone who may read this please keep in mind that we where there customers for 28 years and now they are trying to screw everyone that they can.

Scammers Scammers! They have representatives all over in departmental stores promising customers gift cards if they purchase a line with them. But the gift cards never arrive. We made multiple claims and after several calls to AT&T Rewards Centre, Billing & Sales Department they finally tell us that we aren't eligible for the card. Wasted our energy & time only to get scammed. Utterly disappointing service. Don't believe the sales reps they have in departmental stores. Never recommending this service line to anyone.

My data was breached My data was breached. I found out when Farmers Branch police called, I have a police report, proof that 40+ inquiries are on my credit report, my score has dropped 90 points, and I can no longer purchase a house. 1st call, they blind transferred me to experian. 2nd call, They told me to contact local law enforcement. I spent $700 protecting my credit. This company is evil.

Worst company ever 1. Poor customer service: The level of customer service I have received has been abysmal. 2. Deception during sales: I was misled at the time of purchase. 3. Inability to pay off device: Despite trading in an iPhone 13 Pro and attempting to pay off the new device in full, I was told it wasn't possible without continuing to pay $5 per month for 3 years. 4. Poor signal reception: The signal is consistently weak or nonexistent in my area. 5. Lengthy duration of service: I have been a customer for 7 months and these issues persist. 6. Inability to activate additional eSIM: I need to activate another eSIM on my iPhone 15 Pro Plus for work purposes, but I was informed by AT&T that this is not possible until the device is fully paid off. 7. Unwillingness to resolve issues: Despite my attempts to address these issues, there has been no satisfactory resolution. I find it unacceptable that a company of your size engages in such deceptive practices. I demand immediate action to rectify these issues or I will be forced to take legal actions.

AT&T sucks. I haven't been a customer of AT&T for many years, yet they kept all of my info, which got leaked in the latest breech. Now I'm having to deal with spam phone calls, text messages, and spam emails on a daily basis. This is just stupid. I've had this phone number for years, and the same with my email, and I'm not going through the hassle of changing either one of them. Them providing Experian Identity Works for 1 year is just a slap in the face, because I'm having to waste 1-2 hours everyday with all of the spam crap. AT&T should be sued for their indiscretions.
