Told me to call Microsoft for help. We got this for my son's 7th birthday and a WASTE. Stay away from Verizon promos as they do it to lock you in then you're TRAPPED.

GBRip off company Rip off company, charges fees I did not expect. I wanted a new phone for an existing phone I owned from Verizon, spoke with a representive a foreign country she took my order. I was charged for activating a NEW Phone Line and other fees !! All I Wanted Was A NEW PHONE. Verizon refused to refund me they said I ordered a new line !!! On the phone for 3 hours and I got No where. I have been paying $200 a month and this sheister company messed up my bill and continues to charge me fees something I did not purchase.

GBI cancelled my service with Verizon… I cancelled my service with Verizon because they've gotten super pricey. When I switched services I was no longer able to access my account on line. I called multiple times requesting my final bill just to be told customer service couldn't help me over the phone and go to a store. And then Verizon decides to send it directly to a collection agency? Seriously? I haven't even been gone a month. If you were so worried you weren't going to get your money, I shouldn't have been locked out of the account. I'm so happy I made the switch. Verizon is a horrible cell company. I don't know why it took me so long to make the change.

GBBeen a Verizon customer for over 25… Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. Multiple lines. Bought a new Pixel 8 one month and ten days ago and the wireless antenna is bad. Just spent over an hour on the phone with a tech and no solution. However, they will give me a refurbished phone in trade. Thanks a lot. Threw away $700.00 Have to find a new carrier but afraid none of them really care.

GBCustomer service is beyond horrible Customer service is beyond horrible. I have tried to change phone service from a business account to personal account since I am retired. It has been going on for 3 months with long hold times, a change that they told me would take 24 to 48 hours. To the point that Verizon is totally not a company I will ever use age again for cell service. By the way, the change has still not been completed.
