GBMaybe worse than AT&T on customer… Maybe worse than AT&T on customer service. Right off the bat I order the phones and specify that I need the phone tomorrow. “Not a problem. We’ll just do next day shipping.” Charge me 15 dollars and turns out that that’s next business day shipping. It’s $20 for next day shipping on Saturday and you’ll have to cancel your entire order and start over if you want it tomorrow. They suck!!!!!!!

GBMust be worst customer service compamy ever. Switching from verizon and saving 250.00 a month. But the main problem is their horrible, aweful customer service. First the automated system ignores your response and just tries over and over to lead you to an automated solution. Then when I finally got a person not only could I barely understand the broken english. she was unable to assist me at all, claim to have sentva text which I never got. Which she might of been able to fix but was too hell bent on trying to solicit a good review out of me about her service. That corporate structure there must be a mess pressuring these poor people for good reviews so the managers can get thier bonuses. I will never chose Verizon again, An over priced sucky company for sure. Switching to a new carrier my conversations were high level, effective and no surveys or trouble getting a live person I could understand.

GBVerizon is driving me crazy right now Verizon is driving me crazy right now. Expensive and terrible services. I lost services and could not use even GPS when I’m driving. Some of my calls goes to voicemail directly without ringing. I spoke to them since January but they did nothing about it. I subscribed for $15 unlimited international call but they still charge me for making international calls, $15 international calls on Cricket, AT&T and others are unlimited without any more charges. When I called to get it waive the supervisor refused, the agent offer me 50% and when the supervisor came online he said No more 50% and very arrogant and disrespectful, his name is Spencer with badge number 119846.

GBSandra Spachtholz Verizon has always been someone I could work with. But as of late the customer service on the chat line is ridiculous. I added a third line and got a phone for free. I was told even though I went to a Verizon store, I was not given the whole truth on information. First the store I went to be a Verizon store it was a vendor selling their phones and plans. What a joke. The name says Verizon outside the building. Careful when you go in one of those places. Of course they don't tell you that. Then you get a phone and a plan and are told the phone is free and that your bill won't go up by much. Then you get your bill and it gone way up. You call customer service, and they are worthless. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm going to look for another carrier & plan. I'm over Verizon after decades of being a loyal customer.

GBBeen a Verizon customer for over 25… Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. Multiple lines. Bought a new Pixel 8 one month and ten days ago and the wireless antenna is bad. Just spent over an hour on the phone with a tech and no solution. However, they will give me a refurbished phone in trade. Thanks a lot. Threw away $700.00 Have to find a new carrier but afraid none of them really care.
