GBBeen a Verizon customer for over 25… Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. Multiple lines. Bought a new Pixel 8 one month and ten days ago and the wireless antenna is bad. Just spent over an hour on the phone with a tech and no solution. However, they will give me a refurbished phone in trade. Thanks a lot. Threw away $700.00 Have to find a new carrier but afraid none of them really care.

GBFree tv gets better reception than unlimited? I don't like not being able to make sure an item is at a location by actually talking with someone there. If I show up to buy a phone that ends up not being there because mine is broken, I am now paying for a two hour round trip ride for nothing. Fix that. Plus free TV shouldn't be getting better reception than a $60 unlimited paid for plan. Fix that too.

GBAfter Several store visits ( got the… After Several store visits ( got the run-around ) 4 escalation calls ( that's if I got through the phone system ) 3 months of me trying to return a internet box. I am beyond frustrated. Each call is about 30mins-1hr of my time.

GBA Kafkaesque Nightmare Customer service is a Kafkaesque nightmare of unnamed voices, typing inaccurate notes into a system. They didn't keep an installation appoinment and told me they changed the date, as if my entire life was nothing more than waiting for them. Then Big V's best customer reaction - shut off service.

GBVerizon wifi This isn't really about wireless or cell it's about there wifi, never buy Verizon wifi they make the worst wifi the download and upload speeds are awful and it's just the worst wifi.
