The worst company in the world The worst company in the world. They have no customer service. They have no review or management process. There is no way to make complaints. They are just out right rude rotten and thieves. They make claims like unlimited service that does not exist. They overcharge your account and than say you have a credit. I have been a customer for over 18months and every month they get worse than the last. And there answer to everything is we discontinued that plan and we have a new one that is only 5 dollars more a month. Rotten rotten rotten

Rip off company Rip off company, charges fees I did not expect. I wanted a new phone for an existing phone I owned from Verizon, spoke with a representive a foreign country she took my order. I was charged for activating a NEW Phone Line and other fees !! All I Wanted Was A NEW PHONE. Verizon refused to refund me they said I ordered a new line !!! On the phone for 3 hours and I got No where. I have been paying $200 a month and this sheister company messed up my bill and continues to charge me fees something I did not purchase.

Don't do it! Biggest mistake I've ever made Don't do it! Just don't. They are friendly and helpful until you sign up then your bill is screwed up and they promise if the credit isn't on this bill it will be on the next one and its not. You think you will save money by switching you won't. It will just cause you alot of stress and anger. And your equipment still wont work. Thank you Denise for NOTHING

Verizon is driving me crazy right now Verizon is driving me crazy right now. Expensive and terrible services. I lost services and could not use even GPS when I’m driving. Some of my calls goes to voicemail directly without ringing. I spoke to them since January but they did nothing about it. I subscribed for $15 unlimited international call but they still charge me for making international calls, $15 international calls on Cricket, AT&T and others are unlimited without any more charges. When I called to get it waive the supervisor refused, the agent offer me 50% and when the supervisor came online he said No more 50% and very arrogant and disrespectful, his name is Spencer with badge number 119846.

I cancelled my service with Verizon… I cancelled my service with Verizon because they've gotten super pricey. When I switched services I was no longer able to access my account on line. I called multiple times requesting my final bill just to be told customer service couldn't help me over the phone and go to a store. And then Verizon decides to send it directly to a collection agency? Seriously? I haven't even been gone a month. If you were so worried you weren't going to get your money, I shouldn't have been locked out of the account. I'm so happy I made the switch. Verizon is a horrible cell company. I don't know why it took me so long to make the change.
