GBI would never purchase from this… I would never purchase from this company again. I ordered a king-sized quilt. The quilt was not big enough to cover the bed and the quality was poor. When I returned the quilt, the cost of return shipping was deducted from my refund PLUS an additional $6 and some change.

GBDo Not Buy this Furniture I am extremely disappointed in the 2 Christopher Knight Adirondack chairs and table bought at Overstock. There is no way to contact customer service with Overstock to discuss the problem. After putting the furniture together it was placed outside in the sitting area. Within 5 weeks the furniture was very discolored and worn looking. The colors were faded looking and inconsistent. I have pictures but there is no where to upload here. I am further upset as I recommended these products and 3 friends actually bought the chairs.

GBshouldn't order this company I ordered a mattress pad and received completely different item twice. Even after 3 weeks from ordering, there was no prospect of receiving the correct product, and I spent a lot of effort to return it. Finally, after spending 4 hours, I finally got to talk to a decent person and get my money back. Do not waste your time on this company's text customer support. Despite their name, they are actually useless AI. Warehouse doesn't do a decent job either. I ordered a mattress pad from Walmart instead, and the next day I received a proper cotton mattress pad that felt like a cloud of water proofn. It was really a nightmare. Not recommended.

GBDiabolical customer service. Having ordered and paid for my goods I have heard absolutely nothing from this so called "trusted company". No replies to emails or anywhere on their website to leave a review. I'd give it no stars if that was an available option. Clearly a bunch of shady characters who have no intention of honouring any orders. Avoid at all costs.

GBFirst time (...and last time) customer First time (...and last time) customer. Ordered item online, finally received wrong item via UPS after a shipping delay. Called and texted company to report their error. Overstock sent their choice of a substitution without notifying me, or providing the option of canceling. AND, the substitution is advertised as lower priced, so I was overcharged. I'll stick with Amazon, eBay, and my local stores.
