Buy at your own risk This company doesn't care about it's customers. Their website sets the last order details to your default. So if you shop something to someone else and then order something for yourself later, it will ship to the older address and refuse to change it. So have fun picking up you item from another state. Also, they ship each item separately on different days. Good luck with that. They furniture is such bad quality and breaks when putting it together. Overall a sham of a company.

Not Honoring Gift Cards Overstock bought the name of Bed, Bath, & Beyond and are not honoring gift cards from Bed, Bath, & Beyond. My husband and I received multiple gift cards for our wedding this year and when I called there was zero consideration of trying to transfer over the gift card money to Overstock. Not even an offer for some sort of discount on items.

Good luck reaching customer service Good luck reaching customer service. I have been buying from Overstock for years, over 140, orders, spent thousands of dollars. I purchased a light in March 2023, due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to install it until November 2023. Tried various methods to get in touch with them, no response. Hold times were over 45 minutes, crazy. Was told my issue would get escalated and I’d get a call back. Two calls back later, my request was denied. I know the usual return policy and have always been within that timeframe. I did not think asking for an exception for a return would not be granted due to my history with the company. Lesson learned about buying ahead of time and also about loyalty to the customer. Not sure I will do business with this company anymore as their customer service has taken a nose dive.

Since overstock is now bed bath and… Since overstock is now bed bath and beyond I’m writing a bad review for them. I bought a mirror last year that I set aside for a renovation project, I finally got around to that project and the mirror was completely shattered, I contacted bed bath to see if they could honor the item, unfortunately at no help even though I didn’t break the mirror it came out of packaging completely broken they could not honor anything. It was my fault for not checking the packaging right away their fault for sending a broken item.. $126 down the drain

WARNING ABOUT RETURNS I ordered a… WARNING ABOUT RETURNS I ordered a brand name set of sheets and 2 extra pillowcases. I received some unlabeled set and cases that were really poor quality. I immediately went to the website to return and although the original order all came in one package they would not let me return in one package. They charged $16.42 to return 2 pillowcases and $21.41 to return a set of sheets. Outrageous amounts! When I called they said they could not issue a shipping refund since the items were refunded already and kept repeating that mantra, totally unhelpful!
