Do Not Buy this Furniture I am extremely disappointed in the 2 Christopher Knight Adirondack chairs and table bought at Overstock. There is no way to contact customer service with Overstock to discuss the problem. After putting the furniture together it was placed outside in the sitting area. Within 5 weeks the furniture was very discolored and worn looking. The colors were faded looking and inconsistent. I have pictures but there is no where to upload here. I am further upset as I recommended these products and 3 friends actually bought the chairs.

First time (...and last time) customer First time (...and last time) customer. Ordered item online, finally received wrong item via UPS after a shipping delay. Called and texted company to report their error. Overstock sent their choice of a substitution without notifying me, or providing the option of canceling. AND, the substitution is advertised as lower priced, so I was overcharged. I'll stick with Amazon, eBay, and my local stores.

Good luck reaching customer service Good luck reaching customer service. I have been buying from Overstock for years, over 140, orders, spent thousands of dollars. I purchased a light in March 2023, due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to install it until November 2023. Tried various methods to get in touch with them, no response. Hold times were over 45 minutes, crazy. Was told my issue would get escalated and I’d get a call back. Two calls back later, my request was denied. I know the usual return policy and have always been within that timeframe. I did not think asking for an exception for a return would not be granted due to my history with the company. Lesson learned about buying ahead of time and also about loyalty to the customer. Not sure I will do business with this company anymore as their customer service has taken a nose dive.

Horrible return policy Horrible return policy. Horrible customer service from people who can't even communicate. I tried for 2 weeks to contact someone for a return since I was unable to process the return through their website. By the time I reached someone, the return window had closed and he would not help me beyond possibly charging me for return shipping and only giving me store credit. And I wasn't even guaranteed that.

DO NOT BUY FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND / OVERSTOCK.COM DO NOT BUY FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND / OVERSTOCK.COM! THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM AND CHARGE YOU $500 TO RETURN IT. I bought a double vanity on their app in November 2023. It was supposed to arrive within two weeks. I received no email receipt, only a tracking number that hit a 404 page not found error. Two weeks later, still no receipt, still not functional tracking number, and no news from Bed Bath & Beyond. Four weeks after I ordered, they finally called me to ask when was a good time to deliver the vanity. On receipt, I discovered that they had sent me the wrong item – a single vanity in place of a double vanity. When I called them to find a resolution, they denied that they had made a mistake – surprisingly enough, the next day the email receipt (which I had never received) appeared in my inbox, displaying the same single vanity they claim I had ordered. So despite a clear recognition that their online systems had messed up (between the missing email receipt that appeared two months later, the lack of a tracking number and the delayed delivery) they are unwilling to accept responsibility for delivering the wrong item. Their website says they have a 30-day return window, but what they don’t tell you is that the return shipping could be over $500! Do not shop here. It is not worth the pain.
