GBOne of the worst network provider One of the worst network provider, absolutely unprofessional customer service reps. It took me almost an hour to get hold of someone at the customer service line who couldn't resolve my issue. When I tried to activate myself, it keeps asking me the same that didn't work int he first place. They need to work on their backend. Instead of wasting $$s on unnecessary links, fancy sim card holder and overseas customer service call centers, focus on the quality service. I DO NOT recommend to anyone that I know.

GBSwitched to Sprint in hopes to lower my… Switched to Sprint in hopes to lower my Verizon bill. After promises and false estimates, Sprint quoted me a bill far lower than what my actual payments turned out to be. In fact I ended up paying the same amount for far less quality reception, customer service and more overall headache. Overall the experience over 2 years has been horrible and well over priced. I literally can not wait until my soul-binding contract is up so I can leave Sprint and never.. NEVER return to this terrible excuse for a cell phone carrier.

GBSprint is T Mobile people Sprint is T Mobile people. can't you get it worst fu@##@#$%&^&* Company on the planet we have the last word here folks just with everything else in the world if we stick together and boycott these rip off companies we can get somewhere, don't give these companies any business and we can make them go away yes we have the power if we all do this.

GBWorking with Sprint/T-Mobile PAINFUL Working with Sprint/T-Mobile This has been one of the most painful experiences of my entire life. I don't want to waste any more time than I already have spent on the phone with Tech Support as well as sales. Additionally visiting two Stores in an attempt to get my problem resolved.

GBSprint has become increasingly… Sprint has become increasingly difficult to work with. I can't pay my bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars. And they don't handle any issues with customers in the store. they direct you to the call customer number. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment and longer like they used to at the stores. As a customer, it's all quite inconvenient and annoying.
