GBT Mobile shifty practices I was a faithful sprint customer since the early 2000's. After T-Mobile purchased Sprint the service became much slower. I finally had to change service. The problem occurred when T Mobile continued to bill my company after I had canceled the lines. I proved that the service was not being used as their was no data usage since the cancelation. T-mobile would not refund the amount paid. Careful thought to those considering T-Mobile.

GBAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage, nothing but a bunch of lies from any customer service rep( and I've talked to probably 20 of them). Don't believe a single word you hear and under no circumstances switch to any "better" plans they are advising you to. It will ended costing you more money.

GBSprint Sprint, although cheaper than Verison (which doesn't charge when you go offline with certain plans) has virtually no service at all and more than often will get you zero service. Please do not get this provider. It's like your paying for no service: just get the slightly more expensive provider.

GBHonestly they need to be put out of… Honestly they need to be put out of business. Includes T-mobile. Broke my phone, won't allow me to cancel my plan because I need access to my account, cant access the account without the phone, will not help me resolve the issue unless I visit their store. Over-complicate everything. Charging me for 6 months for service I'm not using.

GBHave had a contract for now-over 20… Have had a contract for now-over 20 years. Used a CDMA card to run the wifi in my rural house since late 2001. My plan is unlimited with no caveats, however since 2011 Sprint has routinely tried to throttle my connection and set data limits - mind you the speed is already a paltry 1mb/s down. Whenever I add or change a device on my plan I am harassed to "upgrade" my plan to one with actual limits and routinely called by sprint reps in the following weeks for continued harassment. They ignore do not call requests. The service has also degraded significantly since 2015. As of recently (01/2022) the phone service barely works in Nashville, Clarksville, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas. Sprint has removed their social media accounts and handles on google maps in attempt to subvert public review.
