USO closed out an account with sprint two… O closed out an account with sprint two years ago, they left a few things on the account left the bill run up to 1000 for 3-4 months then closed the account now i owe 882$ to collections and they are trying to ruin my credit score. The collections agency also want the payments in full not half and they keep send it to different agencies to ding my credit. DONT EVER GO TO SPRINT. Also their costumer serve and instore workers are the worst.

USOne of the worst network provider One of the worst network provider, absolutely unprofessional customer service reps. It took me almost an hour to get hold of someone at the customer service line who couldn't resolve my issue. When I tried to activate myself, it keeps asking me the same that didn't work int he first place. They need to work on their backend. Instead of wasting $$s on unnecessary links, fancy sim card holder and overseas customer service call centers, focus on the quality service. I DO NOT recommend to anyone that I know.

USRude Rude, incompetent Customer service. When trying to put in my security answer the girl on the customer service end was having trouble so I let her know that my street name was 3 separate words to see if that would help. She got angry and informed me that there was “nothing wrong with HER” and then hung up on me haha glad I switched to AT&T

USI've been a customer since 2005 I've been a customer since 2005, I inquire why my bill is always so high ...(2 phone lines $280 a month) in September 2022 I went to a tmobile location and the gentleman basically told me I get charged for the phones monthly even when we had the phones for 4+ years, What most upsets me, is that every time I contact a representative I get told different "stories" every single time ..it's so very frustrating I feel for 17 years I've been over charged by hundreds of dollars each year! They need to have a Meeting with ALL ASSOCIATES to get their facts straight. I'm beyond disgusted with sprint/ team mobile
