GBHave had a contract for now-over 20… Have had a contract for now-over 20 years. Used a CDMA card to run the wifi in my rural house since late 2001. My plan is unlimited with no caveats, however since 2011 Sprint has routinely tried to throttle my connection and set data limits - mind you the speed is already a paltry 1mb/s down. Whenever I add or change a device on my plan I am harassed to "upgrade" my plan to one with actual limits and routinely called by sprint reps in the following weeks for continued harassment. They ignore do not call requests. The service has also degraded significantly since 2015. As of recently (01/2022) the phone service barely works in Nashville, Clarksville, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas. Sprint has removed their social media accounts and handles on google maps in attempt to subvert public review.

GBTerrible Terrible, customer support is a dumpster fire LOL What is funny to me is account recovery doesn't work, you can put your email and phone number in, doesn't matter what browser, doesn't work. I was on the little chatbox thing with someone and told me that I would receive my username through text, NOTHING LMAO. I don't understand how they're this bad, their UI is also so bad. It's crazy how poorly rated their customer support is, it really doesn't shock me.

GBO closed out an account with sprint two… O closed out an account with sprint two years ago, they left a few things on the account left the bill run up to 1000 for 3-4 months then closed the account now i owe 882$ to collections and they are trying to ruin my credit score. The collections agency also want the payments in full not half and they keep send it to different agencies to ding my credit. DONT EVER GO TO SPRINT. Also their costumer serve and instore workers are the worst.

GBSprint Sprint, although cheaper than Verison (which doesn't charge when you go offline with certain plans) has virtually no service at all and more than often will get you zero service. Please do not get this provider. It's like your paying for no service: just get the slightly more expensive provider.

GBCriminals Our entire company uses sprint. Our phones are not working. Always roaming, calls don't come through, getting sent to some Verizon message about entering a credit card to connect the call. T-mobile is clearly behind this since the merge. Our representative told us our phones would be unaffected, but service goes out daily for hours, and has been happening for a while now, but gradually has gotten worse. It's criminal, and now I'm going to keep writing and posting about it constantly, because that's all I can do.
