UST Mobile shifty practices I was a faithful sprint customer since the early 2000's. After T-Mobile purchased Sprint the service became much slower. I finally had to change service. The problem occurred when T Mobile continued to bill my company after I had canceled the lines. I proved that the service was not being used as their was no data usage since the cancelation. T-mobile would not refund the amount paid. Careful thought to those considering T-Mobile.

USTerrible Terrible, customer support is a dumpster fire LOL What is funny to me is account recovery doesn't work, you can put your email and phone number in, doesn't matter what browser, doesn't work. I was on the little chatbox thing with someone and told me that I would receive my username through text, NOTHING LMAO. I don't understand how they're this bad, their UI is also so bad. It's crazy how poorly rated their customer support is, it really doesn't shock me.

USIf I could give less than 1 star I… If I could give less than 1 star I would. TERRIBLE customer service. 1 rep tells me one thing, and another rep tells me something different. And then REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor or someone higher up?? Said he was transferring me to his supervisor and transferred me to a collections agency instead. So glad I switched to Verizon!

USCriminals Our entire company uses sprint. Our phones are not working. Always roaming, calls don't come through, getting sent to some Verizon message about entering a credit card to connect the call. T-mobile is clearly behind this since the merge. Our representative told us our phones would be unaffected, but service goes out daily for hours, and has been happening for a while now, but gradually has gotten worse. It's criminal, and now I'm going to keep writing and posting about it constantly, because that's all I can do.

USSprint has become increasingly… Sprint has become increasingly difficult to work with. I can't pay my bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars. And they don't handle any issues with customers in the store. they direct you to the call customer number. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment and longer like they used to at the stores. As a customer, it's all quite inconvenient and annoying.
