Great Customer Service I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

Easy to build Easy to build, and order. Came faster than I anticipated. Maybe an estimate on how quickly assembly and shipping may be? Not that fast service is a bad thing - it's good. Trying to think of something constructive besides just positive feedback.

Fantastic product, fantastic experience! Fast turn around time. All 22 copies arrived in perfect shape. Paper quality & thickness, photos, text, binding, everything perfect - even better than I expected. Impressive speed of completion once I hit submit. Timely responses to questions. I do wish the pagination button prompted me for a final yes/no just before hitting submit. Website took a bit to get used to - not as intuitive as I would have liked. That said, once I was familiar with it, it was easy to use. I will be using Solentro again & highly recommend them to you!

Solentro has been a pleasure… Working a Solentro has been a pleasure from beginning to end. The software is top notch - easy yet more powerful and flexible than any other I found. There were no unexpected charges for the voluminous pictures I uploaded and included. The final product arrived more quickly than I would have ever expected considering it was shipped from the other side of the world. And it is beautiful.
