GBGreat Customer Service I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

GBProfessional Product and Good Service The book is beautiful, quality, professional and a fantastic glossy look. It came very fast and packaged well. The learning curve was a bit steep for me, not having done anything like this before, but I see that new learning tools have been added since then. Customer service was very helpful. GBChildren's Book My 10 year old granddaughter has quite an imagination. Over the last year, she had been making up short stories about one of her stuffed animals. For a surprise Christmas gift, I collated the stories and added pictures. Solentros' website was very user friendly. The book was completed and received within 2 weeks. The hardbound cover, colors are very well made with heavy paper for the pages. I will be using Solentro again.
