GBExceptional customer service Exceptional customer service (quick response time, friendly, accommodating) You get exactly what they advertise, and better. The end product looks like it was done from A-Z by a professional, when a mere amateur like me was able to design the whole thing with the help of their excellent online software. Shipping was timely and painless. I can't recommend them enough...A+++!

GBEasy to build Easy to build, and order. Came faster than I anticipated. Maybe an estimate on how quickly assembly and shipping may be? Not that fast service is a bad thing - it's good. Trying to think of something constructive besides just positive feedback.

GBAmazing book quality Had a great time writing a cute little novelty gift for my girlfriend. Shipping was an absolute nightmare and the website user interface could most definitely use an upgrade both on desktop and mobile but man the book quality came out amazing. Definitely will be coming back to make another small book for my mom very soon.

GBMy Enchanted Garden As far as I am concerned you are doing everything well. From the creation and design of our book to the final outcome. It is easy to use your program. The print is amazing. You have managed to really capture the beauty of all our photos.
