I was very pleased I was very pleased! While putting my book together, Solentro staff answered my questions and offered support in a timely way. I LOVED the finished product. My little book actually arrived slightly damaged from the shipping process. Solentro very promptly sent me another book which arrived in perfect condition! I highly recommend Solentro!

Great use of pics and script I like that I could use script and pictures with lots of options on format. Good feedback on formats and which pics do not work.

Quick Quality I needed a way to create a text-only book with a photo cover. Solentro allowed me to do that easily with professional results. Unbelievable, the 2 books I ordered did arrive within 1-2 weeks. One had loose pages. When I brought this to Solentro's attention, I got an immediate reply and they shipped me not one but two books, again in only 1-2 weeks. I give Solentro high marks for quality of service, quality of product and quick turnaround.

Children's Book My 10 year old granddaughter has quite an imagination. Over the last year, she had been making up short stories about one of her stuffed animals. For a surprise Christmas gift, I collated the stories and added pictures. Solentros' website was very user friendly. The book was completed and received within 2 weeks. The hardbound cover, colors are very well made with heavy paper for the pages. I will be using Solentro again.

Original delivery date to Midhurst, Ontario Canada was December 1st. They cannot find the package. I spoke with an agent at FedEx on Thursday, Dec. 7th and they specified that Solentro was to email them with a picture of the package and description of the contents, (3 photo books). I relayed that info to info@Solentro that same day and I have heard nothing back. I resent the FedEx request particulars again yesterday and still have not heard back. Please assist to bring this delivery challenge to a close. Angie DeMarco
