Bad company, Tried to blackmail me. My package arrived, earbuds didnt work. They didnt turn on, didnt work at all. Then, after I directly emailed support, because they dont have a chat function ON THE PAGE. And then, they tried to blackmail me into giving them 5 stars on a separate webpage in order to get my earbuds replaced. Frankly I'm disgusted.

The team and the earphones from Tranya are amazing. The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.
