I've purchased 3 IO's now and no. I've purchased 3 IO's now. After about 6 months, one screen developed green lines through the display. Customer Service was less than stellar. 6 months later, another screen goes defective, this time with burn-in. BURN IN on an infinite display doesn't sit well with me. The second return Kevin from customer support first told me my item wasn't received (I guess he didn't check the tracking number first). It was received a week earlier. When I emailed Kevin back to let him know his mistake and that a refund to the original payment would be fine, he replied immediately with "A refund is out of the question." LOL. poor products. they go broke after 6 months. even poorer customer service. don't support.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had some confusion and mix up on my part when ordering my frame but after reaching out to customer support they responded quickly, helped me through the ordering process, and promptly issued me a refund on my first order. I haven't received the frame yet (just got order straightened out), but the support has been great!

Customer service I was having some issues getting an NFT framed. I reached out to customer service and the process went really slow, but after reminding them a few times to get back to me they hopped on a personal call with me and fixed the issue (the issue was with Metamask). The video frame that I ordered came in super quick too even though I'm in Europe <3

Prepare to be wowed! First of all, this product is amazing! If you choose one of their designs or create your own, your object is unique, great quality and super cool. Customer service was responsive, efficient, and so helpful! These objects will be part of my gift-giving for years to come!
