GBHome Wireless upgrade Livewire does an incredible job from top to finish. They send an appointment email in advance of visit and a quote on the proposed cost. They show up on time and are very adept at handling your tech issues. I purchased a new Fios quantum router which they installed and incorporated into our wireless home network. I highly recommend Livewire.

GBFirst-Class Company from Sales to Support Our experience with Livewire was very positive. Brad Camp went the extra mile to give us options, and to make sure all of our last-minute communication issues were addressed ahead of time. The installation techs who did the work, worked the whole day without taking a break and cleaned up before they left. Ben and Patrick (who did the work) were very competent and patient with all of our questions, and trained us on the custom-written applications that Ben wrote. If you have a lot of media inputs and a lot of screens throughout your house or building, these guys are the ones who can integrate it into a seamless system.

GBLivewire experience Livewire was one of two companies that we had come and bid out work for surround sound, remote cameras, entertainment systems, and remote lighting. Livewire came in with the lower bid and provided excellent service and the entire system is amazing. As with all projects, we had a couple of hiccups, but Livewire resolved the issues quickly. Brad and Jonathan, both from Livewire were readily available and explained all technology.

GBFixed our TVs and treated us very fairly on cost. We were having several issues with a couple of our TVs and called Livewire (which did all of our initial A/V installation) to come take a look. Because we thought we were going to have to mount a new TV, they arranged for two technicians to come, which was going to cost us more $. But shortly after they arrived, they figured out the main issue and realized it could easily be addressed without two technicians. Within 45 mins, they had fixed all of our TV set-ups and chose not to charge us for having two technicians because we didn't end up needing the extra labor. They were also quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience that helped to earn my loyalty as a customer.

GBLivewire has done excellent work on our… Livewire has done excellent work on our home media system over the past few years (Livewire bought the company that installed our home media system 25 years ago when we built our house). We've purchased several pieces of new equipment from Livewire and they have also provided great technical support both on the phone and at our house. Last week one of their technicians (Robert) came out to fix a sound system problem. As in our prior experiences with their technicians, he arrived promptly and worked diligently and thoughtfully till the problem was fixed. He then took a few extra minutes to try a couple of other system improvements he thought might work and they did. Thanks to Robert and Livewire!
