Excellent on time service with good followup. Joe called each just before he arrived on each of his two visits to make sure we were ready for the service call. During the calls, Joe explained things well so that I understood what he was doing and how the systems connect and work together. He was clean, always removing his shoes and cleaning up any parts or packaging. After looking for a wire in the ceiling he vacuumed the floor as dust fell from a sound fixture he had to remove to locate wiring. I would certainly call Livewire again as needed.

AVICO transition hiccup These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.

Remote The appointment was for 8:00. The service technician showed up at 9:30. He did finish the job around 12:00. I've noticed several glitches with the remote. It does not turn on/off the DirectTV receiver. You have to manually turn it on. It doesn't always switch between modes by changing the inputs or turning on the components.

Best Service Experience This was honestly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the initial call to Brad to place the order, the follow up from Henry, Brad and Scott, and the actual service by Mark! Mark stayed at our house until we had thoroughly tested the remote and asked every question possible. He made adjustments based on our feedback quickly and then had us retest! Overall this is a very customer focused company end to end.

TV Install above fireplace Livewire installed a new tv and my soundbar above the fireplace in my family room. Brad was able to come out quickly for the initial consult and quote, answered all my questions and made recommendations on tv size and brand. The installation team was very professional during their 2 visits. They were on time or early, explained everything to me and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend Livewire!
