TV Install above fireplace Livewire installed a new tv and my soundbar above the fireplace in my family room. Brad was able to come out quickly for the initial consult and quote, answered all my questions and made recommendations on tv size and brand. The installation team was very professional during their 2 visits. They were on time or early, explained everything to me and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend Livewire!

We recently moved to a multi-level townhouse, and needed wifi throughout, a security system, electronic locks, and a large 4k television with sound bar installed. Livewire did it all. Amanda was the lead installer with help from Jonathan and others, and did a great job putting it all together. If you are looking for a company that can do it all in RVA, Livewire is where you should go!

Excellent on time service with good followup. Joe called each just before he arrived on each of his two visits to make sure we were ready for the service call. During the calls, Joe explained things well so that I understood what he was doing and how the systems connect and work together. He was clean, always removing his shoes and cleaning up any parts or packaging. After looking for a wire in the ceiling he vacuumed the floor as dust fell from a sound fixture he had to remove to locate wiring. I would certainly call Livewire again as needed.

Livewire experience Livewire was one of two companies that we had come and bid out work for surround sound, remote cameras, entertainment systems, and remote lighting. Livewire came in with the lower bid and provided excellent service and the entire system is amazing. As with all projects, we had a couple of hiccups, but Livewire resolved the issues quickly. Brad and Jonathan, both from Livewire were readily available and explained all technology.

In-home visit March 23 Technician (Jonathan) arrived on time to sync universal remote to new FIOS set top box. The issue was resolved quickly and Jonathan volunteered to answer any other home theatre and related questions during his one hour service time. This was the second time Jonathan has done a service call to our home, and both times his has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is a great service rep and Livewire has been very good to work with.
