A Great Experience with Livewire I had an awesome experience with LiveWire this morning. James came to my home to replace a video amplifier and do some re-wiring in my technology panel. He was great...showed up when promised, worked diligently without the need for help, and got the problem fixed. Livewire has done excellent work on our… Livewire has done excellent work on our home media system over the past few years (Livewire bought the company that installed our home media system 25 years ago when we built our house). We've purchased several pieces of new equipment from Livewire and they have also provided great technical support both on the phone and at our house. Last week one of their technicians (Robert) came out to fix a sound system problem. As in our prior experiences with their technicians, he arrived promptly and worked diligently and thoughtfully till the problem was fixed. He then took a few extra minutes to try a couple of other system improvements he thought might work and they did. Thanks to Robert and Livewire!
