GBAny slight interruption in Wi-Fi all… Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all the cameras go off line. The solar outdoor cameras reset button is inside the battery box which means dismount disassemble and reconnect. The remount. There are better cameras on the market. Blink, Arlo. Ect. Wasted money.

GBOverall great service and product from… Overall great service and product from start to finish. Camera had a few glitches after a week installed. Called for tech support and was called back by Danny. This guy took me through the entire operation and corrected everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. I could not have corrected the problem without him. I suggest everyone buy their products because the tech service, the friendliness, and knowledge of their products are remarkable. Thank you Danny!!!

GBDanny Matt the best! I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!

GBI purchased 3 cameras I was unhappy with one and they let me return it and gave me a full refund. I purchased 3 cameras. 1 wired, and 2 outdoor battery operated. I have been relatively happy with them, but battery units wear down and have to be recharged which are had to find replacement rechargable batteries. So, I ordered a $199.95 Solar 360 unit. I've been on phone talking to Customer service, and in trying to get this to work, messed up my password, and now have the Solar Camera speaking in Japanese or Chinese. I finally gave up and asked for authorization to return and get a refund and since Early November, I haven been contacted. I have been e-mailing about once a week to the "Returns" e-mail address and all I get is silence.

GBDanny Matt went above and beyond to… Danny Matt went above and beyond to help me properly set up my camera for my 91 year old mother. He directed me step by step and now I have camera movement features that I didn't have activated before. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge.
