I buy 2 outdoor cameras I buy 2 outdoor cameras , 1 is working perfect , but the second one is not working , I set up the second camera and the next day the camera is offline , set up again and the next day the camera is offline again , this is every day. I am tired of doing the same thing every day and the camera keeps going offline. I need the camera to be replaced by another camera that does work

Notifications stopped working. I have six cameras and have been very happy with them After two years of working my notification's stopped working. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I am a snowbird, and these cameras are in Arizona. My other residence is in Oregon. Can someone help get the notifications working again.

All problems Solved !!! Not only had problems with resetting my Crorzar 360 outdoor camera, but also with my phone. Danny Matt kept up until I managed to reset my phone, then he walked me step-by-step through the whole process to link the camera with new Modem, & phone in use. Danny was patient. courteous and thorough to assure proper operation and connection was made. I am 83 yrs old. far from modern technics so very much appreciate the kindness shown to me by Danny. I have the camera set up to monitor my front drive, and can monitor through my Android phone thanks to Danny being so informative, patient and courteous to me. Highly recommend the company because of fantastic service received. Thanks again, Danny. May you continue to be a blessed worker !!

Danny Matt went above and beyond to… Danny Matt went above and beyond to help me properly set up my camera for my 91 year old mother. He directed me step by step and now I have camera movement features that I didn't have activated before. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge.

The cameras keep movin' around on their… The cameras keep movin' around on their own.....I don't need to look at the wall behind my living room camera, I want to watch my living room and the 2 doors that open into it from the outside. You need a much easier to understand instruction manual, what you are giving us is terrible !!!! Other than this I really like the cameras.
