I have begun to leave negative reviews about Nixplay after purchasing 4 of your frames, beginning with Amazon. Why you would subject your customers to Fuji's incompetence is beyond me. GBOrder Cancelled for no reason Company cancelled order saying they thought it was 'fraudulent', when I got in touch they said there was no way to reinstate it. I think they just didn't want to honor the original sale price and delivery timeline due to overextending themselves. Ruined the Christmas surprise we had planned. Be warned and bring your business elsewhere!!

GB5 stars for customer service 5 stars for customer service. I needed a replacement remoted and contacted via the website. Communication was clear and prompt. Replacement remote arrived in a few days, no questions, no cost. Well worth calling out good service when we see it.

CAAn absolute bait & switch scam for their subscription An absolute bait & switch scam that suddenly limits you to 100 images unless you subscribe. I have had several playlists since I bought it while it was advertised over the holiday season until a app update for "fixing bugs" came out that cut me off completely. I cannot believe companies can get away with dishonest operations. Stick with other products where you can get your money's worth and probably has a better app.

GBThe product is amazing and we never had… The product is amazing and we never had any issue since we bought but suddenly when there was issue and product was out of warrantee I was worried that it will cost us the product failure price. I got in touch with CS team at Nixplay and their team member (Par and Mary) were able to sort out and resolve the issue within short span. I must say I have not seen this level of support with any other brand.
