Bait and switch, shame on Nixplay Like many others posting here, although I have had issues with their randomizer showing some photos but skipping others, I was recommending the product because there was no other product that did what I wanted. And now, they change the rules, suddenly you have to pay their monthly fee to get the feature that I bought it for in the first place, which was then free. Very poor decision.

I received the Nixplay as a Christmas… I received the Nixplay as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Hours just to figure out how to connect. Documentation provided goes into detail about the physical attributes of the device. Now to upload a picture from my computer. NO DOCUMENTATION provided. Seems this product is geared towards the Iphone crowd, google or other social media. Nothing on how to get pictures from my Windows based computer to the NIXPLAY. Try to ask a question and get a simple answer. Forget it. This product is not oriented towards us remaining PC based crowd. Sorry, I ever undertook trying to upload pictures.

Order Cancelled for no reason Company cancelled order saying they thought it was 'fraudulent', when I got in touch they said there was no way to reinstate it. I think they just didn't want to honor the original sale price and delivery timeline due to overextending themselves. Ruined the Christmas surprise we had planned. Be warned and bring your business elsewhere!!

Doesn't allow upload from Microsoft One… Doesn't allow upload from Microsoft One Drive cloud storage WHICH IS STUPID!!! As a Software Tester for Microsoft for 7 1/2 years and a few more years in the private sector all they have to do is use the operating system's Open File dialogue and instantly get access to all different types of sources like Microsoft One Drive... But these dummies reinvented only a quarter of the wheel WHEN THEY COULD HAVE JUST USED THE ALREADY COMPLETED WHEEL!!! I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF STUPID SOFTWARE!!! And there customer service is ONLY chatting... Why are companies not doing real tech support??!? It takes forever to get through all of the issues texting!! And then the customer service reps get upset with the word STUPID and tell me not to cuss.... STUPID IS NOT A CUSS WORD but an excellent representation of these companies!!!

Great helpdesk My Nixplay frame stopped working properly - suddenly I couldn't change any settings, both through the remote as well as in the app. The helpdesk did a great job helping me set it up again by numerous emails back and forth. Big thanks for their patience with me!
